Paper Abstract:
|
In this paper we review the use of the Nintendo Wii Remote controller (Wiimote) as an useful tool that can bring new
technologies to people with functional limitations. To achieve this goal the Wiimote becomes a great alternative to other
options due to its great variety of analog and digital components for a very low price. Considering the difficulty of use
and the limited offer of new technologies to this group of population, it is even more important to review applications like
the ones presented in this paper. Additionally we will try to explain how this game controller can be used to cover many
interesting topics which appear when developing applications to everyone. |
